U.S. Return and Exchange Policy

Shtettl gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased online for delivery that shipped to a U.S. address for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of original purchase. A return authorization # must be provided by Shtettl in order to return merchandise. Customer is responsible for return shipping unless item is defective or if the wrong item was shipped. Please email info@shtettl.com with any questions or concerns or to request a return authorization.

All returns must have an RMA#.
